(Agreement Example)
We provide a combination of in-house printing and vendor partnerships with established print houses. Print cost change constantly due to paper and ink cost and other overhead issues related to the industry.
We provide quotes for printing based on individual and previously done work based on the aforementioned. Prices are subject to change without notice. For this reason, the one on one consultation we provide will clarify print cost and other features to suit your needs in detail.
Example of publishing agreement
The following publishing agreement is between ______________________________ (Author)
and Global Village Book Publishing, entered into this ____ day of ________________, _______.
The author must submit completed manuscripts only. Manuscripts must be typed in Microsoft Word with the settings on page 3 of this document.
Any graphics must be submitted via email to globalpublisher2@aol.com in either .gif or .jpg format and the Author must have the legal rights to use them.
All submitted manuscripts must be the Author's original work. Any quote(s) used by you must be by permission of its Author, or must be in the public domain.
PLEASE NOTE: GLOBAL VILLAGE BOOK PUBLISHING WILL NOT PUBLISH PORNOGRAPHIC, RACIST, OR ANY OTHER MATERIAL THAT MAY BE HARMFUL TO OTHERS.
Payments may be made by PayPal or money order or online.
If at any time in the process the Author decides to terminate this contract, he or she must submit a written and signed notice to Global Village Book Publishing. Upon termination Global Village Book Publishing will refund the Author the payment made minus $200.00 for work previously done.
The author must supply a brief biography and a one-paragraph description of the book.

Publishing prices include:
- editing
- ISBN and bar code
- book and cover design
- 25 small (5.5” x 8.5”) paperbacks (25 minimum)
